TV/ Cameras/Switchers
 The TV ministry Team is responsible for the maintaince and use of all cameras, video equipment,
and video related equipment. This includes the video reproduction of our services.
The TV ministry will also be responsible for Conferences, special Events, special projects for
the church or special guest if needed. Contact: Pastor Al @ Church

TV PRAYER MINISTRY
This ministy Team is responsible for the in-coming phone calls during and after the TV program
"Blessed and Highly Favored" Information will also be taken from the callers.
This TV Prayer minstry is need of people to help with the phone calls

SOUND
The mission of this ministry Team is to provide excellent Sound Production and
aid in drawing the congregation into worship and biblical teaching.
Responsiblities: Set up stage, assist with sound checks, operate the soundboard during programs.
The sound responsibilities include: to provide amplified sound to an intelligible level, increase dynamic range while restoring its natural quality, improve tonal quality, distribute audio throughout the church,
and security areas, maintain musical output levels so they may blend in with choirs, provide effects,
play recordings,and record all services and special events. Pastor Al @ Church
IMAG-Songshow Plus
The Imag Team is responsible for any On Screen Presentations, Conferences or
Special Events via Computer and projectors.
The IMAG Team creates and operates the presentation of worship songs, graphics &
sermon text on the screen. Usually the focus is text based, but he/she may sometimes
change motion transitions and pictures and
be called to be and extension of the TV ministry and vice versa.
The Imag Team needs more Wednesday & Special Events Teams for the different ministry areas

LIGHTING
The Lighting Team helps setup. operations, and teardown of lights before and after services and
special events. Responsibilities: Set up before services:aim and focus lights,
operate the lighting board during services, Outreach Events,
involvement with Creative Lighting Designs in Specials & Childrens productions,
also tear down Lighting equipment after services if needed. Contact: Pastor AL @ Church
CD/DVD DUPLICATIONS
This ministry Team needs people who can help at this counter after each service on a rotating
schedule. This involves CD/DVD label covers, duplicating & production of sermon series.(Very Easy)
and recording sales information. An Easy Job, but lots of fun meeting people!

NEWCOMERS/DEACONS MINISTRY PHOTOGRAPHERS
Every 8-10 weeks our newcomers meet and profile pages are made with a photo.
The reponsibilities for the Photographers Team : Pictures taken 2-3 weeks prior to end of class.
Photos taken are PORTRAIT SHOTS ONLY. All names with pictures to be placed
and saved on CD and given to the office. If interested in helping out this team

The deacon Photos are the updates to any new deacons in the ministry.
Responsibilities include: Photo of new deacon/ness, or Couples photo with name on CD.
