In September, 2006, Legacy Network was also
birthed following a series of prophetic messages,
confirming the Apostolic call on the lives of
Pastors Joey and Denise.
The vision for Legacy Network is to be of Pastors and
their spouses, building genuine relationships, to sharpen one another for Kingdom advancement, both locally and Internationally. Legacy has since grown to be a Network of over 25 Churches and Para church Ministries. Joey’s fire and flow of the Spirit, along with Denise’s anointed teaching of the Word, will refresh, challenge and bless you. |

Joey and Denise Turner are Senior Pastors of Restoration Church International, a thriving multi-racial congregation birthed in November, 2004, and has grown to a Church Body of over 750 people.
In September, 2006, Pastor Joey and Denise launched a TV ministry called "Blessed and Highly Favored", which airs on WGGS, local Channel 16,
at 7:30 PM Tuesdays, and 11:30 PM Sundays.
The "Blessed and Highly Favored" program reaches thousands of people throughout the Southeastern US. In addition, 12 million people are reached 6 days a week in several nations in Africa through radio.
The Turners minister Nationally and Internationally through Pastor's and Leader's Conferences, Evangelistic Crusades, Marriage Conferences and
Men and Women Conferences. They have been instrumental in planting Churches and Bible Schools in the United States and in other nations.
They also have 3 lovely children, Chris, Tim, and Hannah. |

Barbara Bigelow has been in ministry with
Pastor Joey and Pastor Denise since the 1st Church plant in 1992. She has a daughter, Keona and 2 sons, James and Jarrel and 4 grandchildren.
She serves on the staff as Executive Secretary and oversees the Intercessory Prayer Ministry at RCI. Her passion for Prayer and Intercession has been a driving force behind all that the Lord has done at RCI.
Our Intercessory Prayer times are
Monday, Wednesday thru Friday at 9 am,
and Tuesdays at 10 am. |

Jackie and Larry Christopherson are the Worship Pastors at RCI. Jackie directs the choir and is the leader of Music Ministries throughout all areas of RCI. She has over 20 years experience in ministry. Larry and Jackie are a husband and wife team that write, produce, arrange and record music. They direct the RCI praise band, and lead worship together. Larry and Jackie have recorded three CDs, which include many songs they have written themselves. Jackie and Larry have been married for 20 years, with their three children, Cierra (19), Jonathan (17) and Lindsey (12).
The Worship Ministries at Restoration Church International is an exciting group of musicians,
singers, technical engineers and dancers. We are a multi-cultured group, united with one purpose
in mind - to lift up the Name of Jesus! What sound will you hear when you visit RCI? Larry and Cathy Lawrence have over 25 years
experience in Christian Education and Children's Ministry. They have a passion to see children come to know Jesus as their Savior and Best Friend! They desire that children not just know about God, but to develop a close, life long relationship with Him and be equipped to minister to others. Larry and Cathy have ministered to children at several churches both in the SC Upstate and Texas. They are both graduates of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX, and Larry has a Doctorate of Ministry Degree from The Christian Life School of Theology.
They have 2 sons, Jordan and Christopher.
The children’s ministries of RCI include Little Lambs and Little Lions Nursery Ministry, Celebration Station (3-5 year olds) and SuperKids (Elementary age). Children are taught and ministered to on their age level in a safe and fun environment. Our infants and toddlers are also in classes where warm, nurturing, and well-supervised ministry is provided. The Children's Ministries also sponsor events and programs such as Cherokee County's Largest Easter Egg Hunt, Marvelous Monday (summer-long), Fall Fun Festival, and at least 2 children's musicals each year. |

Barbara Rhodes is the Care Pastor at RCI. She has been at RCI for 3 years, following a 30 year career in Cherokee County Schools as a teacher, principal and librarian. She is passionately concerned about the people of the church and the community. Community involvement has been one of her strengths as well, having had a decade-long affiliation with Habitat for Humanity, serving on the Boards of Cherokee County Home Rehabilitation and Bible Education in School Time.
She has also served as a short-term missionary in Russia, Cuba, El Salvador and Guatemala. Barbara Rhodes is a candidate for the Ph. D Degree from the University of South Carolina, earned the Educational Specialist Degree from USC-Upstate, has a Master of Arts Degree from Winthrop University, A Bachelor of Science Degree from Gardner-Webb, and has 2 years of undergraduate studies at Clemson University.
Barbara's duties as Care Pastor include overseeing the Stephen Ministry, Deacons Ministry, Spiritual Guidance, Newcomers, Women's Jail Ministry, Courtesy Callers and Single Adults. We encourage singles to meet together, with support and encouragement. The church reaches out to people in over 40 ministries. Her goal is to make everyone welcomed and to find those in need. Barbara has one son Kevin and a grand-daughter, Kassidy. |

Al and Debora Rosado are the Media/TV Pastors at RCl, and have over 20 years of experience. They have a passion for reaching others outside the Church through TV, graphic and visual arts, and desire to help others develop a relationship with Christ. The Media/TV Ministry is vitally involved in ministering to individuals who cannot physically be in Church services, whether they are homebound, or ill. Not only are people trained to operate a television camera, but to capture the essence of the presence of God during the services, so people can experience God at home.
Pastors Al and Debora want to use and provide all the tools of media, whether it be television, websites, DVDs, brochures or Billboard designs to communicate the love of God to people, and to continue to develop others to serve in this area. They also take photography to the next level by letting others see and catch the vision and love of the church. They both love to teach others and provide services and training to other churches for the advancement of the Kingdom of God.
The Media/TV Team, grows together in relationships with one another to reach many with the technical
experience and love for Christ. This communication Tool reaches thousands all over the country and nations. They have been married for over 20 years, and have a daughter, Kimberly.

“Gospel in the Street Ministry”

Evangelist Bernard Pitts is a graduate of the International
School of Ministry with an Associates degree in Biblical Studies. He has a passion to see people genuinely give their hearts and lives to Jesus Christ. As well as overseeing many of the outreach ministries of RCI, he has traveled and ministered in several different nations such as Malawi, Africa, Uganda, Mozambique, Africa, Tanzania, Dominican Republic and Guatemala. Bernard has attended RCI for 3 years and was recently ordained in the office of Evangelist. He has a daughter, Cherie.
Bernard oversees many of the outreach ministries such as Gospel in the Street Ministry, Live outdoor concerts, Inner City Programs, Back to School Bash, Food giveaways, Soup for the Soul, Nursing Homes, Thanksgiving Meals to Families in Need, Christmas Giveaways, and Door to Door Evangelism. |

TRIBE OF PRAISE -
Youth Ministry
“A Tribe of Praise” is a student led ministry where youth can get involved with other teens as they pursue God’s calling for their lives. Youth Conferences such as Ski-Invasion and fun filled outings are all part of this student led ministry. All teens are invited to attend the exciting "Tribe of Praise" youth service, each Wednesday Night at 7:00 PM.
